According to statistics, people in sexually unsatisfactory marriages wait an average of six years before starting to seek out professional help. Do not wait for that long and instead, start looking for answers right now if you are tired of your sexless marriage.

Re: Are you in a sexless marriage?
I’m in a sex-lesser marriage, but it’s really more on me than anything. Being 50, in perimenopause, and not feeling as attractive I’m just not as concerned or focused on it as I was between my 20s thru 40s. Plus, initiating or acting on any surge in desire at this point would seem out of place and maybe awkward. So I guess it’s status quo.

Not married but I as committed a heterosexual relationship you can be without the ring. 11 ish years now?
We have sex but infrequently. Again I think some of it is perimenopause. I've been told to increase my HRT dose and in a couple of months if things haven't improved we might try testosterone as dips in that at this age do causes lot of the symptoms apparently including weight gain and low libido.
I think where I am is most of the time when we do have sex, I want it once we get started but I don't really want to get started. It's that initial drive.
Also could be because I really like tits

Re: Are you in a sexless marriage?
He has chronic (and very serious) health issues, so it's hard to find an opportunity where he isn't incredibly sick or in a lot of pain. I'm not interested in being with any other man, so - while I don't necessarily consider it a sexless situation, because of extenuating circumstances - technically it is, and I've been going without for far more years than I care to admit.
