What’s everyone watching?
I’m on series 3 of 13 Reasons Why, I’m also re-watching Life on Mars.
And all that there is, is the absolute ugliness of being human. And you’ve got to love it. Or else you’re f**ked.

I really wanted to like that. I’ve heard some good things about it, but I just couldn’t get into it.

Re: What’s everyone watching?
Station 19 and Grey's Anatomy are the current shows I'm watching.
I watched The Last Of Us recently, and might consider rewatching it before I probably cancel HBOmax later this month. I like to have shows I've already watched on as background noise while doing tedious tasks - they keep my mind occupied enough to stick with it, without actually taking a lot of attention. My last rewatch was His Dark Materials, which I finished today.
Motherland: Fort Salem is my favorite thing I've watched recently, I think. But I switch between streaming services and don't have access to that right now.

Re: What’s everyone watching?
I am just rewatching the same shows and documentaries over and over. I haven't been in the mood to actually have to pay attention to the screen. There are some really good documentaries on Netflix and I learn a lot without needing to follow a plot.

Re: What’s everyone watching?
I subscribe to The Criterion Channel and have been watching Starring Isabelle Huppert (in honor of her 70th birthday), 17 movies only some of which I've previously seen but others that were new to me. I never realized how many great movies she was in!
"Seemingly ageless even as she turns seventy this March, the incomparable French actor Isabelle Huppert is something of a paradox: an enigma who lives in front of the camera, inviting our gaze while maintaining a sense of deep, unknowable mystery. Specializing in portrayals of complex women who transgress social, moral, and sexual boundaries, she has delivered fearless performances for uncompromising auteurs such as Jean-Luc Godard (EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF), Maurice Pialat (LOULOU), Claude Chabrol (LA CÉRÉMONIE), Michael Haneke (THE PIANO TEACHER), Claire Denis (WHITE MATERIAL), and Mia Hansen-Løve (THINGS TO COME). Each is a captivating display of the singular performance style—so nuanced, ambiguous, and elusive that it’s barely discernible as acting—that has made her a legend in her time."
