It's on Peacock, including the free version - both the original series and the reboot (which is NOT what I'm talking about here!).
But I'm looking at the question from a lifelong perspective. These are shows I'd consider formative in some way, not a list of current favorites. Punky Brewster doesn't necessarily say much about who I am now, but it was important to me as a kid.

Thought I’d try an icebreaker here. I didn’t come up with the format but if you like it I’ll take the credit.
8 shows to get to know me (no particular order)
-Andor
-Derry Girls
-Broad City
-Over the Garden Wall
-Gavin & Stacy
-Star Wars Rebels
-Letterkenny
-We Are Ladyparts
I hope you don't mind but i am going to copy your idea for movies and music too cause i think this is such an awesome way to get to know each other

I don’t think I have any definitive shows to list as I watch such an eclectic mix on broadcast television and Netflix/Amazon Prime. And I don’t live in the UK or USA.
I’ll give a few I’ve liked on various platforms:
Borgen
Indian Matchmaking
Ancient apocalypse
The Big Bang Theory
Two and a half men/anger management (Charlie Sheen isn’t necessarily great but it fills time)
Neighbours
Home and away
Coronation st (never emmerdale, ew)
Programmes with Graham Ramsey and Italian chef Gino
Jamie Oliver shows
Graham Norton
The Daily Show with Trevor Noah and those who followed him
The Problem with Jon Stewart
Programmes with Bradley Walsh (eg the Chase and his travel show with his son)
Travel shows with Michael Palin
Nature shows with Sir David Attenborough
Shows about the British royals (not Harry and Meghan)
Music documentaries and live rock music footage

Alaska triangle! (Ghosts/ufos - all seem fake)
Ice road truckers
Outback truckers
Australian border force reality show - something similar from New Zealand
British reality police shows/British reality water rescue on Thames river and the sea
Endless shows about Alaska or parts of Canada - mining or building cabins
Anything home and garden

Though not really a Trekkie, I enjoyed all the Star Trek shows. In ancient days, I loved
The Monkees .
