Is it a question of you can not find the time ?

It was more of the factor that I had too much on my plate. I took a few things off for self care so masturbation is regular part of self care.

I have a question...having got most of my knowledge of sex from fanfic (I know) but can everyone here have multiple orgasms? Because it seems my body just doesn't work that way, it's one and done, like a guy. And if you have multiple, what's an average refractory period and I'd also appreciate any tips because I might just be doing it wrong??!

TBH, I've never quite been clear on what counts as multiple orgasms. I can come multiple times in a session, but usually fairly widely spaced. I couldn't say exactly - at least 20 minutes or so? Definitely not back to back, and that seems to be more what people are talking about with multiple orgasms. Most of the time I'm good with one. With a partner, I get incredibly sensitive/ticklish after which tends to interfere with continuing activities.
