I’m sate, I was a mod on La-Femme’s shys for around 10/11 years and the official highest poster. I stopped visiting for a few years but came to check in on shys and was sad to say my incarceration had gone. I hope Caroline is ok. Guess it was really expensive to run though. Hope everyone is ok. If anyone remembers me say hi. And if you don’t, say hi anyway.

I remember you. We broke our arms around the same time.

I assume Caroline is La-Femme? Back when the old site first went down, someone (@Vampire maybe?) said they were in touch with her, on Twitter I think, and she was fine. I think probably the expense or hassle just got too much - I know how much the forum software the old site uses costs, and I recall one time she posted about the expenses involved in running the site. I'm hoping to keep this more manageable, expense-wise.

I thought it might be something like that. I remember she set up an option for people to voluntarily contribute to the cost.
