It’s fermented, so yes as far as I’ve ever heard, it is healthy.

Like anything else, there are potential drawbacks. Kimchi and other lacto-fermented vegetables are high in sodium. This isn't a problem for everyone, but can be for some people. I've also read concern that a diet high in lacto-fermented vegetables may be a risk factor for stomach cancer. But this is still a very low risk, and not really an issue at all if eaten only occasionally, so don't let that turn you off of it.

But beyond that, it's veggies, and the probiotics contribute to a healthy digestive tract. So yes, I'd say it's healthier than a lot of potential food options.

Hahaha. They want to re-write books that they think has hurtful words to promote inclusivity for a new generation of young readers. They better read David Walliam's contemporary children books. Oh, they cannot touch that. The author is still alive. Hahaha.

My kid doesn't think any thing wrong with being fat or small. "Fat is nice, huggable and beautiful. I love your squishy belly, mum." "Small is good, mum. I can fit myself in tight places where my huge friends can't. I run faster than them too."

No problem, I can post in the appropriate thread, I am copy and pasting articles I think are interesting, how do you want me to indicate the post is copied ?
When you post the article as a quote, that's adequate I'd say. A link back to the original article would be ideal.

I'm a little worried about the potential of running into copyright issues with copying and pasting the whole article, and it might be better to just post like the first paragraph and a link to the rest of it.
