I just read this article...I enjoy horror movies but some of these i don't think even I would like to watch.

What movies disturbed or scared the shit out of you? For me it definately has to be Requiem for a dream. That was the last movie i watched that really f#@ with my head in ways unexplained. Schindlers List was sheer brilliance but extremely hard to watch. Hostel just made me sick to my stomach, it was revolting. Trainspotting....yeah, that baby....need i say more? Mother just confused me...what a crappy movie.

For me Requiem for a Dream was the blackest of black comedies. Of course, I was an addict on and off for a number of years, and the montage that ends the movie was so over the top it was funny. The cop clubbing the black guy and saying "Die, n***er, die!" was Hubert Selby, author of the book. I used to see him at NA meetings where he was known as Cubby.

I have to say that Gaspar Noe's Irreversible and Climax were disturbing, and the latest truly disturbing movie I watched was Demon Lover about the dark web.

You seem to have had a very interesting past, its very cool...the people you knew and your line of work...i obviously don't mean your struggle with addiction (im sorry about thst and also happy for you that you made it out of that).

Omg...that music at the end of Requiem for a dream and that gangbang scene with Jennifer Connoly was extremely upsetting to me.

You have given me some names of movies here to watch but....do i dare??? Lol! Im interested in the dark web one now....
