Somewhere between a few times a day and a few times a week, depending on where I am in my cycle and what else is going on in my life.

It’s also very dependent for me on a number of things but I would say on average once a day, usually when waking up.

There have been times where I’ve gone months without and other times where I couldn’t stop jilling practically every hour
