Hi all
I’ve been curious for over 20 years. I’m approaching 40, single, no kids and would really like to act upon it now.
I just don’t know where to start. I’ve never told anyone about being curious (grew up religious so family would never understand)
I get really nervous meeting new people though and have body issues (thanks ex husband lol) I’ve lost over 6 stone recently and want to put myself back out there (been single 8 years)
Any advice for a newbie?
Tia x

I'm not sure whereabouts you live but there are some lesbian friendly pubs and some meetups.
Although I can't say I've been brave enough to do either.
But maybe it's the same kind of advice for any relationship or friendship? Do things you like and you'll find like minded people? I'm longer in the tooth than you (47) but I'm sure as well some of the younger ladies will have tried out internet dating and could recommend? I think with some you can just meet as friends as well just to "get out there" and take that first step.
At nearly 40, you have no idea how bloody sexy you are. You are old enough to know what brings you joy and f me, what an amazing achievement on your weight loss! I bet you look BLOODY AMAZING!!!!
